Cancellations and Refunds

The Premium plan you choose will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. You will be able to cancel from your account.

After cancellation, Premium access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling a monthly subscription will not require payment for the remainder of a year.

The applicable refund terms will be shown at checkout before payment. If you believe a payment was made in error or have an issue with paid access, use the Contact Us page with your account details and payment reference so we can review it promptly.
